Catalan bread

I just learnt how to make Catalan bread, which is so simple and so good. First, rub a piece of garlic on toasted bread. Then, rub a tomato that's cut into half onto this. Drizzle some olive oil and shake a little salt over it, and you've got yourself an easy appetizer. Apparently a staple in Spanish meals.
