Goat cheese?

Our gourmet friend Trevor educated us on the pleasures of cheese and crackers the other day. After a simple meal of chicken rice and soup, he brought out his stash of Carr's crackers, some cheddar and goat cheese.

The goat cheese was most interesting. We were warned before taking a bite that the cheese smelled like a goat. Sure enough, a whiff of that stuff brought back memories of farms and livestock. It really, really, really smelled like a goat. Most peculiar. Anyway, turns out that Trevor likes cheese, and the smellier the better. Lacking such sophistication, we stuck to the cheddar.
