Total eclipse

This was a perfect meal that Kenneth prepared for me last week. It's my favorite stir fried meat with potatoes and tomatoes, and pea sprouts, accompanied by rice and a cup of O.J. Yummy! The way it's laid out, it reminds me of the total lunar eclipse we attempted to catch on March 3. The earth was directly in between the sun and the moon. Clouds thwarted our view of the horizon during the moon rise, the time of the event, but we did see a bit of it later that night. Almost like someone took a bite out of the moon. Greedy.
