Peanuty goodness

We had a Thanksgiving pohpiah party with friends this year, and one of the items we made was min jiang kueh, the wonderful peanut pancake they sell in Singapore and Malaysia. It was our first time making it, and the result was quite decent. Our friends seemed to like it.
