Diwali dinner

One of my labmates invited our research group over for dinner last weekend. He made very good curry with bismati rice, and lentil cakes. I love Indian food, so much heart and complexity go into the creations. So many flavors, spices, colors. Amazing. Another labmate from Greece made his specialty eggplant. It was panfriend before it was grilled, which made it very fragrant.
