KC Masterpiece

Kansas City barbeque is supposedly one of the country's best, and lucky Lynette got to taste some. Here is a platter of spare ribs, and beef and pork slices, together with the sweet BBQ sauce. It's served with hickory beans (kinda like baked beans with pieces of meat within), potato salad, and coleslaw, accompanied with not red wine, but red ice cream soda. We waited more than an hour to get a table at Fiorella's Jack Stack restaurant, and it was worth it. Can't leave Kansas City without trying their BBQ!
