Banana splat

Made pancakes for breakfast one weekend morning. The pancake looks a little dark because we used chocolate milk. The blob atop the pancake in the photo is kind of a chutneyish banana spread. All we did was mash some bananas and mix them with some pineapple juice (we had some leftover from a can after we made a pizza for dinner) and then warm it up to soften the bananas. Decent breakfast, but we made so many pancakes we were stuffed after that.
