Curry puffs

We made curry puffs again, but this time instead of biscuit dough we used puff pastry, and we got something that was almost like the Polar curry puffs back in Singapore. We made it because Lynette had some of her colleagues come over for a potluck, and it seemed like the curry puffs were pretty well received. We certainly liked it.

The picture doesn't show what's inside, so here it is: chicken, onions and peas fried with curry powder.
