Sedap nasi lemak!

We had nasi lemak one night with some friends. They made the rice and bought the ikan bilis, we fried the eggs and made some beef rendang. We had some sliced cucumbers as well. And to top it all off, we had some of the famous Bonchon friend chicken wings that have been causing quite a stir here in the Northeast.

Bonchon chicken is really something. The flavor of the chicken is quite well balanced, and the best part is that the skin stays crispy for a really long time. Great meal.
