This ain't over

This blog is still alive! Just because little Juniper has come aboard doesn't mean we'll stop updating this blog. We are a little busier, for sure, but we still have to eat, and we still want to eat well.

Here's a picture of a quick lunch we had just after we returned from the hospital with Juniper. It's a spinach and tomato omelet with cheese. Nothing fancy, but quick and easy to make in a pinch.
