Butcher with deft cleaver

We were introduced to a tiny eatery/butcher shop called The Butcher Shop by been-around friends Trevor and Idina. The place is in Boston and parking can be a pain.

But the food tasted as good as it looked. The meat was quality meat, of course, and the cooking of that meat was delicate and subtle. The menu was on a single sheet of paper and the dishes all had pretty simple ingredients. That's elegance, the same way that mathematicians know a beautiful proof or engineers recognize an efficient machine.

If there's one complaint, it's that the portions a tiny. Ah well. At least now we can say we've tried the place.
