Chawatofushi
What would chawanmushi taste like if you added mashed tofu to it? Er... this experiment turned out OK, rather confusing to eat. I keep expecting to taste chawanmushi and taste tofu instead. It's still quite smooth, just a little weird. OK no more tofushi anymore.

I watched Bobby Flay Throwdown on TV recently and he challenged a Korean-American chef to making dumplings. She won, and her secret was to mix silken tofu with the minced pork and chives for the filling. Now I'm fantasizing about sneaking silken tofu into everything, so chawan with tofu actually makes a lot of sense to me.
