playoffs pizza

It's the NFL playoffs season! And there's nothing more appropriate than watching a game on TV and eating a pizza. We invited some friends over to watch the New England Patriots play the Denver Broncos (the Pats lost, sob!) the night before, so we trotted down to the grocery store and bought ourselves some ingredients for toppings and ready-made pizza crusts. There was another game tonight, and we made another pizza as the dark-horse Pittsburgh Steelers beat the top-seeded Indianapolis Colts. The toppings for the pizza in this photo are: Red peppers, mushrooms and pineapple. We know, we know, that's a very un-Italian pizza. At least we didn't use chilli sauce.
