Salmon in the midst

It's Chinese tonight. We panfried salmon fillet with onions and a sweet sauce from this magic satchet sent from home (I know, it's cheating, but it's quick and good!). Other dishes are omelette with tang hoon or glass noodles, and boiled Chinese broccoli. We don't usually prepare this many dishes, I guess Kenneth was on a roll.
