A skillful potato skillet

Wow, dinner tonight was fantastic. Kenneth made this wonderful potato skillet with tomatoes and peas. It was topped with a dollop of sour cream and chopped spring onions. We would have added onions too, but we ran out. We had another salmon steak to accompany it... a lot of salmon this week! This time, the salmon was baked and broiled, which smoked so much it nearly set off our smoke alarm! I had to fan the smoke away while Kenneth continued cooking... minor kitchen disaster.
