Guest entry: Strawberry cheese curd

"My Ukrainian friend baked this for dessert when I went to her house for dinner. She baked it with raisins, and she told me that her grandmother used to make it for her and it was more a breakfast food than dessert. In the meantime, I also found out that it’s an Easter item. I found this blurb on some website (forgot which one) and roughly followed the recipe below. I improvised by drizzling it with honey instead of sugar and topped it with home made strawberry jam and fresh sliced strawberries."
